Buy with confidence. We guarantee your security and satisfaction. We also guarantee that the Massage Therapy Supply Outlet is authorized to sell these products and that every brand we sell is authentic.

SHIPPING

In-stock items are sent to you within 24 working hours. If the product is out of stock you will be notified. You will receive a personal email telling you when the order was shipped. We keep shipping prices to a minimum. Canpar and Canada Post are our main carriers, along with Canadian Freightways. We are committed to only using respected, reliable and cost effective carriers. Costs are calculated by weight and destination and are charged to your credit card as part of the final bill. We charge a small handling fee on each order. If you have any questions please contact us before you make your purchase and we will be happy to explain our procedure.

You should usually receive your purchase within 3-4 business days after shipping. In BC delivery will be in 3-4 days, in Alberta, in 2-3 days, and 5-7 days within the rest of Canada.

Note: Additional charges will be applied for remote destinations not easily accessed by our couriers. We will contact you to confirm these charges prior to shipping.

NOTE: We do not ship outside Canada

RETURNS

Returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways. All returns must be sent back immediately in original packaging and in re-sellable condition with an explanation of why they are being returned. Please call us at 1 800 875 9706 before returning.

Because Massage Therapy Supply Outlet offers products at such reasonable prices, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on Oils, Lotions, Creams, Books, Linens, Videos, CDs and anything already used. We cannot guarantee that we can accept returns on special orders.

Returns must be authorized within 14 days after receiving. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

We package each box securely but damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If a box is obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment. If you discover the damages after you open the box, please call us immediately and keep the box and all packing materials for inspection. 

Photos of goods and/or packaging damaged during shipping are required.

SPECIAL ORDERS 

We do not accept returns on special orders unless previously authorized. Note that some colour shades may differ from the samples as they appear on the website.

We maintain a very safe and secure site. All order information sent between you and Massage Therapy Supply Outlet via your web browser is secured with SSL encryption. We promise that we will never sell your personal information to anyone. We are concerned about your privacy and we will do everything we can to keep you a happy customer.

STORAGE & DELAYED PICKUP/SHIPMENT POLICY

Once an order is ready to ship, whether it is by the Estimated Ship date, or later, or by a Customer Requested ship date, any delay by the customer of more than 5 business days will incur Storage fees.

  • Massage Therapy Supply Outlet offers courtesy storage during the first five business days of storage, after the ship-ready date.
  • Following five business days, a Storage Fee of $50 per table, per partial/full week will apply.
  • Storage Fees must be paid in full prior to release.
