Free Shipping
This offer excludes select items such as BodyCushion products, portable massage tables, electric massage tables, and portable massage chairs. But worry not, as we’re still offering reduced shipping rates for these premium products.
We also offer reduced shipping to orders that are destined for Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
One of our customer representatives may contact you for a nominal surcharge applied to the following:
- Orders that are shipped to rural destinations and PO Box addresses. For seamless shopping experience, consider using a residential address.
- Orders that the couriers consider bulky or heavy.
In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 business hours. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified promptly. You will also receive a personal email with shipping details once your order is on its way.
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Our primary carriers are Canpar, Canada Post, and Canadian Freightways, all of which are reliable, respected, and cost-effective. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be charged to your credit card as part of the final payment. A small handling fee is also applied to each order.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within BC: 3-4 business days
- Within Alberta: 2-3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5-7 business days
Please note: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas that are difficult for our couriers to access. If this is the case, we will contact you to confirm these charges before proceeding with shipment.
Returns
Returns must be approved prior to being processed and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping both ways. To return an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Include an explanation of why you are returning the item. Before returning, contact us at 1-800-875-9706 for authorization.
Due to our commitment to offering products at competitive prices, we are unable to accept returns on items that cannot be resold. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on oils, lotions, creams, books, linens, videos, CDs, or any used items. We also cannot guarantee returns on special orders.
Returns must be authorized within 14 days of receiving your order.
Specific note regarding Linen Returns
We do not accept returns on washed or used linens. Please inspect your order upon receipt and before washing to confirm it matches what you ordered. If trying our linens for the first time, we recommend washing one item first.
Received Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Shipments
We package all orders securely, but damage can occur during shipping:
- If the box is visibly damaged, you may refuse the shipment.
- For concealed damage, contact us immediately and retain the box and all packing materials for inspection.
- Photos of damaged goods and packaging are required.
Special Orders
Returns on special orders are not accepted unless authorized in advance. Please note that color shades may vary from website images.

Storage & Delayed Pickup/Shipment Policy
- Orders ready to ship or available for pickup are subject to storage fees if delayed by the customer for more than five business days.
- Complimentary storage is provided for the first five business days.
- After five business days, a $50 per table, per partial/full week storage fee applies.
- Storage fees must be paid before release.
