Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways. All returns must be sent back immediately in original packaging and in re-sellable condition with an explanation of why they are being returned. Please call us at 1-800-875-9706 before returning.

Because Massage Therapy Supply Outlet offers products at such reasonable prices, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on Oils, Lotions, Creams, Books, Linens, opened DVDs and CDs, and anything already used. We cannot guarantee that we can accept returns on special orders.

Returns must be authorized within 14 days after receiving.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We package each box securely but damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If a box is obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment. If you discover the damages after you open the box, please call us immediately and keep the box and all packing materials for inspection. Photos of goods and/or packaging damaged during shipping are required.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns on special orders unless previously authorized. Note that some colours may differ from the samples shown on the website.
