On May 28th, join Neelam Toprani for an informative, hands-on workshop at the Massage Therapy Supply Outlet. This afternoon intensive workshop will introduce you to the basics of the ayurvedic oils and their uses.

Ayurveda can be interpreted as the “Science of Life.” In Sanskrit, Ayu means “Life” and Veda means “knowledge or science.” Ayurveda is the oldest, continuously practiced system of health care on the planet, representing over 5000 years of accumulated knowledge.

According to Ayurveda, the mind exerts the deepest influence on the body, and freedom from sickness depends upon contacting our own awareness, bringing it into balance, and then extending that balance to the body the proper practice of Ayurveda promotes longevity through physical, mental and spiritual well- being



Part One:  Introduction to Ayurveda, presentation and discussion.


Part Two: Individual hands-on sessions using pure classical ayurvedic massage oils. Neelam is available for one on one discussions with massage practitioners.


Neelam Toprani is CEO and formulator of Sewanti Ayurvedic Series and Padmashri Massage Oils. She will be demonstrating the use of ayurvedic oils in massage practice and for self-care.
