These costs are a reality of online shopping within Canada. When we have products shipped up from the US we cover all the fees for shipping and customs for you. But then when our products are shipped to you, there is always a cost - unless you can order and pick up directly from our Edmonton shop.
When you place your order our shipping rates are automatically added to your final invoice.
For every large table order, we will call you to clarify your exact shipping cost or arrange pickup.
In-stock items are sent to you within 24 working hours. If the product is out of stock you will be notified. You will receive a personal email telling you when the order was shipped. We do our best to keep shipping prices to a minimum.
Canpar and Canada Post are our main carriers, along with Canadian Freightways.
We are committed to only using respected, reliable and cost effective carriers.
Costs are calculated by weight and destination and are charged to your credit card as part of the final bill. We charge a small handling fee on each order.
